Once you have instructed us as your agent we will take full property particulars including internal and external images, we will arrange for your Energy Performance Certificate and your property will then be marketed online.

Energy Performance Certificate

All that are to be marketed are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPCs will have to be provided free to prospective buyers when you sell your property

EPCs rate the energy efficiency of a home on a scale of A to G; the most efficient homes being in band A. Vendors are legally required to provide an EPC to prospective tenants. Failure to do so could result in a £200 fine.

Overall EPCs are a positive step – an efficient rating will make your property more attractive to buyers!
